Precision Pipe fittings and adaptors

SEALEXCEL® Precision Pipe Fittings are Designed Manufactured for Process Control and Instrumentation connections between Pipe.

Pipe Threads are available with,
a) NPT (National Pipe Taper) and exceed the requirement of ANSI B1.20.1.
b) BSP/ISO (British Standard Pipe/ International Standard Organisation).
c) SAE/MS Straight thread.

All exposed threads are protected with plastic caps to prevent damage and packed in sealed, clear plastic bag for cleanliness.

Working pressure calculated in accordance with power piping code ANSI B31.1 and refiner piping code ANSI B31.3.

Straight Fittings Machined from Bar Stock.

Elbows, Tees and Crosses machined from close grain Forgings.

SEALEXCEL® Precision Pipe Fittings are available as a Standard in SS 316 Material, which meets with the following specifications.

• SS 316 BAR STOCK : ASTM A- 479
• SS 316 FORGINGS : ASTM A-182

SEALEXCEL® Stainless Steel 316 Precision Pipe Fittings are Heat Code Traceable back to the original mill heat from which it was made.
