Few of the salient features of specific and functionally critical

Stainless Steel 316 Tube Fittings are heat code traceable back to the
original mill heat from which it was made to ensure 100% quality control
right from Incoming Raw Material to final finished products.

SEALEXCEL® well-Lok™/Fine-Lok™ Tube
Fittings are internally silver plated for dry lubrication purpose which
result in reduction of torque during assembly and also extending Fittings
life by preventing galling across wide range of temperatures.
SEALEXCEL® has own Silver Plating plant to achieve high quality and
uniform plating for excellent performance.
The Design of
SEALEXCEL® Ferrules of the Well-Lok™/Fine-Lok™
Fittings permits the transmission of motion axially and not radially to the
tubing during the installation, which avoids twisting and stress on the
tubing, this ensures to retain the mechanical integrity of the tubing and
free movement of Nut during assembly and disassembly.
Precision machined and hardened Back Ferrules ensures a firm mechanical and
vibration free grip on the tube.
SEALEXCEL® has own BACK FERRULE hardening plant to
achieve uniform hardness at required case depth for superior performance
even for high pressure applications.
Hardness of the Raw material used for the Ferrules is higher than the
hardness of the tube recommended and precision machining combined with sharp
uniform biting edge ensures precision leak free connection between Tubes and
Body.

SEALEXCEL® Well-Lok™ /Fine-Lok™ Tube
Fittings undergoes the In Plant test such as High Pressure, Impulse and
Vibration, Dismantling and Reassembly, Vacuum, Temperature, Burst Pressure
etc. on Computerised Test Bench.
This results in optimum reliability and operational safety of our Tube
Fittings even in adverse environments.

The above Result indicates that, at burst pressure and even after the tube
is burst the SEALEXCEL® Tube Fittings did not slip
from the Tube which is AUTHENTICALLY PROOVES that the SEALEXCEL®
Tube Fittings are reliable and capable of withstanding high
pressure applications.
The Design of SEALEXCEL®
well-Lok™/Fine-Lok™ Tube Fittings are similar to certain other
Well-known Fittings manufacturers including Swagelok®,
Parker A-Lok®/CPI™. In view of this feature SEALEXCEL®
guarantee the functional interchangeability of its Fittings with Certain
other Well-known Fittings manufacturers without disturbing the performance
and reliability.
BITE-LOK
TUBE FITTINGS as per DIN 2353.
The features of this Fittings are much similar to Well-Lok™/ Fine-Lok™
Tube Fittings The products are designed and manufactured as per DIN 2353.
The Performance test are carried out as per International Standard BS 4368
Part IV, resulting in optimum reliability and operational safety.

FLARE TUBE FITTINGS
The Features of this Fittings are much Similar to Well-Lok™/ Fine-Lok™
tube Fittings.
This Tube Fittings are designed and Manufactured as per International
Standard SAE J514 and the performance test carried out in line with the same
standard to achieve the maximum reliability and operational safety.
